Although I can't see what's dangerous about going lower, considering the traditional Inuit and all. (You can make glucose from protein via a process called gluconeogenesis, so the idea that you need carbs for, well, anything, is kind of a myth. At most you might need some of the other things in fruits and veg from time to time.
